Why should I use you?
Because we will take the hassle away by finding the right car and negotiating the right deal.
Does it cost me extra?
No. By negotiating on your behalf, we expect to save you a lot more than our fee. If we don’t save you more than the fee, the fee is not payable.
How do I know I’ll be buying from someone reputable?
We only negotiate with the car manufacturer’s chosen franchised dealers and other well-known dealer chains.
What guarantee do I have on the car?
Once we have negotiated you the best deal for your chosen choice of car, you will pay the dealer direct and have their normal warranty, or an extended one if you opt for it.
Can you get any car?
Almost. We don’t claim to be expert in vintage, classic or ‘exotic’ cars. We can save you money on the everyday family car.
Well how do you earn your money then?
Only from your pre-agreed fee. That’s what makes us very unusual in only representing your interests. We have no stock of cars to sell. We are
not compelled to buy from any specific dealer groups. We shop
around and negotiate on your behalf only with franchise dealers and other well known dealer chains.
Do you handle both new and previously owned cars?
Yes!
Can you help me with my trade-in car?
Yes, that can form part of the negotiation, provided you tell us about it from the start.
Can you deliver the car?
This is dependant on the dealers themselves, but do let us know your preference and we will ask for that too. Our advice though is do go to the dealer. You may want them to service your car at a later date.

Can you advise me on credit?
Sorry no, we concentrate on what we are good at. But we do know this much. The dealers make plenty of commission on finance deals. We can negotiate on price much better if you have the finance lined up. Like most things, shopping around usually pays. So don’t just look at car dealers for finance. After all, you didn’t go to your bank to buy the car, did you?
What qualifies you do to this?
26 years experience in the car industry, mostly with branded franchise dealers. We know the business inside out! We know where the money is made.
What is your guarantee of success?
We define success as finding the car of your choice and saving you more than our fee. If we were not to succeed, you don’t pay us and you have no other commitments.
How much is the fee?
It varies depending on the size of the task and how much we can save you. We have to ensure that our fee is less than your saving in order to live up to our guarantee to save you money. You will know exactly what it is before you are committed to anything.
Why do you ask for a deposit?
Just to make sure that you are serious about wanting to buy. Our fee is dependant on finding you the right car and deal. If we find it, we want to know that you will want to proceed. But the final decision to proceed will always be yours. |
